Everything went so well! I just love this hotel so much. Perfect location within 5minutes walk to a metro station and ten minutes walk to train station. You just can go almost anywhere you want conveniently! And the room is clean and warm. Recommend it.

Check in and out was very easy.
The breakfast was very reach.
The hotel is very new. It is very close to u-bahn. There is a very nice park behind the hotel.
The room was spacious, very clean and had nice city view. I would definitely book here again.

The hotel is brand new and modern. Everything was clean and I have no complaints for the hardware and bed was comfortable too!
My only gripe is that the receptionist attitude could be improved. The reception is manned by a lady who did not even smile or look at you when you approach the reception. The same when I checked out, she just took the card and didn’t even bother to look up, smile and let alone how my stay was. It felt like I owed her and was staying there for free. 😏

This is an excellent choice (about 10 min walk) from Düsseldorf station. I arrived very late at night (about 2:00am) and I was very comfortable doing the walk, even at those hours. However, there is a vacant commercial site along the walk from the station (see photo from room) and hopefully development will occur here shortly. Th Niu Tab hotel is directly opposite the Holiday Inn Express Dusseldorf - a white & distinct building that is a good landmark, when asking strangers for directions to this hotel. I originally booked a non air-conditioned room and this was made very clear on trip.com booking form. However, I was allocated an air-conditioned room and all room amenities were of a high quality. However, when using the shower it can wet the bathroom floor -the shower curtain is not sufficiently close to the floor. The reception area is more like a bar zone and is good place to hang out, during happy hour. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

I came and had already booked and showed them the confirmation of my booking but they still made me make another payment which I did. I really don't recommend going to this hotel.
